based on years/months or miles,whichever occurs first and
it depends on the company.

These warranties are offered by most dealers and are added
to the car price. To put in more simple words this is termed
as 'Service Contracts'. These warranties cover everything
that adjustment warranty doesn't and also covers critical
drive components.
